We were going to be late so I phoned ahead and Wai explained the office closed at 8 but that she would set the unit up as i had prepaid. Wai texted me my unit number. The unit was warm (heat pump was on) milk in the fridge. The unit was absolutely spotless and a reasonale price. I recommended it to my whănau and will definitely stay there again.
The only downside was fragrance in the room. Unless it is an oil in a diffuser I find synthetic fragrances highly irritating. The room was so clean I would have preferred it to just smell fresh with no fragrance.

The manager was nice and friendly, very welcoming. The room was very clean and cozy for my W'anau. We were able to get rooms next to each other, which was great for my Moko's. What attracted us was the price was affordable, location to town good. We have booked again for our return trip. Would highly recommend to my W'anau passing through Gizzy.
