L'appartement proche des arrêts de bus, le plus le jardin au calme parfait pour la détente après les visites. Proximité des commerces alimentaires.

Oreilles sensibles, deux chambres sur trois situées côté rue, proches de deux avenues très fréquentées le soir au coucher bruyant ainsi qu'au petit matin. Un Manque d'isolation phonique aux fenêtres dommage! il vaut mieux avoir ses boules Quiès et son masque pour dormir, les volets italiens laissent allègrement passer la lumière de la rue la nuit.
