Lovely rooms. Comfortable beds, well equipped, great outdoor bathroom, especially the shower. Staff always attentive and very friendly. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool. Location was great for Echo Beach but not really for rest of Canggu. Great welcome and last night with the towel art.
Breakfast in room - limited amount of Balinese coffee and no milk. When I asked for milk it was charged as an extra. As was cappuccino and latte coffees. Should include milk and offer refills (as would happen in a buffet). Only had two large towels - no smaller ones.
These are niggles. We enjoyed our stay!

The staff were so kind and friendly ensuring they did everything in their power to make the stay for you as best as possible. Their communication with you via WhatsApp was super quick and polite and accommodated all your requests.

Very clean and tidy.
Access into the pools were difficult and not very safe . Depth between steps were too deep and no ladders .
Pictures on web page were not a true reflection of what was actually available. No play area , staff were nice but poor communication skills and inexperienced.
Food was always well presented, but mostly cold occasionally warm.
The infinity pool was the highlight, but access was also difficult to get into .
