We had an amazing stay at this villa with our friends and absolutely loved it. The sunsets were incredible, and the villa gave us a real feeling of privacy and being somewhere far away from everything. At the same time, the city is actually quite close, and food delivery can easily reach the villa, which was very convenient.
We especially loved the outdoor area, the beautiful pool, and the cozy yard where we enjoyed several BBQ evenings together. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, and we really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the place
P.S. We were also kindly allowed to check out a little later than the scheduled time, which gave us plenty of time to get ready and leave comfortably. We really appreciated this!
One small thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was very convenient to have it delivered directly to the villa, so we could wake up and find breakfast already waiting for us. However, the portions felt a little small for four people. Apart from that, everything was absolutely wonderful, and we would happily stay here again!

Wonderful location with stunning views. The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a beautifully designed interior and a villa equipped with modern furniture, appliances, and everything we needed. The pool was clean as well. We were a group of seven friends and had plenty of space to stay comfortably and enjoy our vacation. Thank you very much! We would gladly come back again.

We traveled by car and found the location perfect. All the villas have private parking lots. The terrace and balconies offer stunning views of the Caucasus Mountains.
The villa itself is very well equipped, with quality furniture and kitchen appliances. We also enjoyed a nice local breakfast.
Our questions were answered very quickly. We had an issue with the shower, and our contact person sorted it out very quickly.
There are two stray dogs on the property. They are friendly and cannot access the villas themselves, although they do roam around the pool and playground areas. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be something to keep in mind for families with small children.
