The penthouse is truly elegant, clean, beautiful, and super spacious. Despite the building being located right next to a busy street, the apartment itself is remarkably quiet, peaceful, and well-insulated from any outside noise. The host team was very friendly, attentive, and responded quickly to messages. Additionally, the amenities and layout are excellent, with each room offering a nice setup with plenty of space to stay comfortable and accessible power outlets positioned right next to the beds. The location is incredibly convenient, featuring a supermarket located right next door with a super helpful and friendly shopkeeper. Public transportation is also basically right outside the main door to the right side of the building, making it very easy and hassle-free to travel straight across the bridge into Venice.
The only area that needs improvement is the placement of the climate control, which ties into a major electrical flaw we encountered. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, but one is located in the living room and the other is out in the hallway. Even with the unit in the living room turned on, we still required a fan, and the air conditioning setup is positioned in a way that prevents the cool air from comfortably reaching inside the individual bedrooms, leaving the sleeping spaces quite hot and uncomfortably warm during the summer time. Only a single regular standing fan was provided for the entire apartment, which makes no sense as a single unit cannot possibly cool down multiple separate bedrooms. It would be highly beneficial to install a better air conditioning system or at least provide heavy-duty cooling fans for each bedroom.
Furthermore, the apartment has a severe electrical issue where you cannot have multiple electrical items turned on at the same time without immediately causing a power outage. When we had the two cooling units, the TV, and the fan running, if you dared to run anything else, the electricity would immediately go off. To turn the power back on, you have to go all the way down to the first floor to reset the main breaker. We had to go downstairs to turn it back on three separate times, which was a really inconvenient issue. If it wasn't for this electrical problem, this place easily deserves a 10 out of 10 because we absolutely loved it. To be honest, I would still stay here again even with this issue, but management truly needs to fix the electrical capacity and improve the bedroom cooling. Finally, it is always a nice touch to have extra towel hooks installed in the bathroom to hang towels easily.

La terrasse avec salon de jardin agreable, arrêt de bus direct n2 pour venise juste en bas de l'immeuble. Grand appartement agréable.
La climatisation est dans le couloir et dans le salon. En août avec 35 degrés ca ne suffit pas car elle ne va pas et ne refroidit pas assez dans les chambres. Hormis en canicule il est très bien. Le lave vaisselle était en panne et pas d égouttoir. Il manquait des couverts et bols et juste 3 verres pour 4.. ca peut être vite résolu.

ブレーカーが落ちてしまった時、オーナーさんがすぐに対応してくれてとても助かりました。アパートメントはとても広々としていて過ごしやすかったです。バス停が目の前で、小さなスーパーも隣にあり、とても便利でした。ベネツィア本島まではバス一本で行けました。
たまたま暑い時期だったからか、ちょっと暑かったです。サンテラスなどもあってとってもいい感じなのですが、真夏の強い日差しで家中が暑くなってしまっていた。真夏でなければとても快適に過ごせると思います。
