Bottom line, the stay was great and we enjoyed it at full potential.

We liked everything about the property, new developments with all the necessities. Absolutely amazing for a family. Clean, welcoming and comfortable!

On the negative side was the parking at the property, the garage was full and we had to wait for 4 days to be given a parking space. For the first 2 days we had to look for parking outside for over 2 hours. On the 3rd day we were given an outside parking space and next day we took the car out to go for some food shopping, when we came back 2.5 h later somebody had taken our designated parking even though the hotel had put a card on the wall with our car reg number. On the last 2 remaining days, finally the hotel gave us a parking space in the garage where the property was based.

La struttura Castanea é nuova arredata benissimo e fornita di tutto, silenziosa in paese, mi sono trovata benissimo la consiglio.

Forse un po poche info sui servizi tipo la spa ma Alberto il responsabile é stato veramente gentile e disponibile per i chiarimenti lo ringrazio molto.
