This is a really charming 1 bed 1 bath ADU in Knoxville. Very charming and though I’m a goof, they respond to messages pretty quickly for things like locking yourself out. Was very clean and comfortable. Nice oversized shower. Would recommend for a week stay. Check in is electronic and easy due to coded door. Great for single person or couple. Maybe smaller family. Like that could bring food and cook, also central to several restaurants. Had a coffee maker, espresso machine, blender. Fully furnished. Overall great for a short term rental. Good for introverts and people not wanting to deal with crowds for a local stay. Would definitely stay here again. Nice neighborhood. Nice families in surrounding houses.

Location was nice and the lil house was cute. Pretty quiet
clean and staff was very nice and friendly! Enjoyed it very much would definitely recommend!
