窓口対応は良かったです。
谷町九丁目駅からも日本橋駅からも、徒歩約10分で着きます。
カトラリーもあるので自炊可能だけど、ちょっとキッチンが狭い。
電子レンジあり。
小型の冷蔵庫あり。氷は作れます。
キッチンが狭いくて使いづらい。
洗濯機が室内に無い。
洗濯物を干すのは風呂場くらいかな。
お客さんの層のせいか不明だが、壁に穴が空いていたり、ガラスにヒビが入ってい足り、このマンションはイマイチです。
幹線道路から近すぎて、車の音がうるさいです。

Great communication with the host who provided clear instructions for the contactless check in information. Location was perfect to explore the Dotonbori area. The 10th floor has 4 washers and dryers for laundry (100 Yen per hour)... recommend only using the washer because the dryer didn't dry our clothes.
The mattress is a bit lumpy...a memory foam topper would be helpful to ensure a more comfortable sleep. The other reviews had me worried but this place was fine for a few nights and the price was right.

Fine apartment conveniently located with a walking distance from Dotonbori.
Good for short stays, for longer stays not so much.
The mattress in the bed requires replacement as it’s metal strings got out in few places. Also the Internet was terrible, constantly breaking.
