Kleines schönes begrenztes Hausriff zum Schnorcheln. Lifeguard incl. Schnorchelausflug organisiert vom Dive Club sollte man machen. Lohnt sich. Tolle Sonnenaufgänge direkt vom Strand aus zu Sehen. Keine aufdringlichen Strandverkäufer. Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter, Freundlichkeit. Besonders Mohamed, Farouk, Ahmed, Omar und unser Roomkeeper Islam. Gutes Essen, reichlich Auswahl.
Leider hielten sich nicht alle Gäste an die Kleiderordnung zum Abendessen. Schade sagt das Personal da nichts, um keinen zu verärgern. Morgens viel Plastikmüll beim Schnorcheln.
Wasserflaschen werden aus kleinen Plastikflaschen nachgefüllt oder im Restaurant. Keine Füllstationen auf dem Gelände.

The staff are all very friendly & go out of their way at all times. Mo! especially in charge of activities was great with organizing & amazing with people interaction.
1. The bathrooms need better upkeep and maintenance.
2. Water pressure and hot water availability should be improved.
3. The buffet needs more variety, especially for main meals, along with regular menu changes.
4. Additional restaurant options would be appreciated, as Mediterranean cuisine is already well covered.
5. The spa facilities (steam, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.) should introduce time slots and be cleaned between sessions, especially during busy periods, as overcrowding disrupts the peace and atmosphere.
