The staff went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. They were happy to make dinner reservations for us and call water taxis. The bar tender was amazing. Location was great out of the touristy area but had plenty of restaurants to walk to. Facility was gorgeous. Rooms air conditioned and comfortable

The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. The staff member made me the most refreshing mock cocktail. We received help making reservations for restaurants and water taxis.
The rooms were comfortable with an amazing bathroom! The bed was the most comfortable of our two week vacation.
The location was perfect, away from the crowds but located near wonderful restaurants and shopping! It was easily accessible by water taxi since it is on a canal.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel wurde mit viel Liebe restauriert.
Leider hatte unser sehr dunkles "De Luxe Zimmer" keinen Ausblick, Blick auf eine von Taubenexkrementen belegte Hausmauer. Das kleine Zimmer hatte weder Ablageflächen, TV noch einen Kleiderkasten, dafür ein Kleiderständer auf Rollen! Den Kaffee musste man auf dem Bett trinken. Der Preis für dieses Zimmer war sehr fraglich, haben wir noch nie erlebt. Dafür war die Decke wunderschön!! Bei der Buchung unbedingt darauf achten, dass sie ein Zimmer mit richtigem Ausblick buchen.
