The location was very good and easy to get into Royal Leamington Spa for the National Bowls Championships. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including fans which were great due to the very hot weather during our stay.
Bella our host was excellent and was quick to answer any question we had.
The lack of parking, having to use the car park increased our cost for the stay, but I understand this is in hand with the Host, who is looking to get a car permit.
My friend is quite small and found the dining table stools very difficult to get onto too.

Warwick is an excellent place to stay for anyone who wants to explore the Midlands. We used this apartment as a base for our explorations in charming Warwick (including the castle and the St Nicholas Park) and for excursions to Stratford upon Avon, Moseley/Birmingham and to the Cotswolds. The bus stop for Stratford is in the next block, and equally close is the The Globe (Warwick's best gastro pub) and a huge Sainsbury supermarket.
It only takes a few minutes to walk to the historic centre of Warwick, and the actual area where the apartment is located is a beautiful area of modern housing on a historical base of buildings (we guess).
The apartment is very nice, and convenient for a family (we are two adults and three children). The kitchen is well equipped, and everything was very clean. (There is a washing machine, but no dish-washer.)
The hostess went out of her way to help us with things left behind.
Even though the location is very central, it is also fairly quiet. (During our stay, the high summer temperature forced us to keep the windows open, so we heard the traffic more than we normally would have.)
Highly recommended!
People who like us have bad knees might want to know that the staircase up to the apartment is a bit of a challenge. Also, the kitchen table is a little small for a family of five people; three people should have been just fine. Its high chairs also a bit of a challenge for the kids and for us adults. :-)

Very modern, spotlessly clean and about -
3 minute walk to Warwick centre and pubs/restaurants , 10 minute walk to Warwick Csstle and a Sainsbury 1 minute across the road. What’s not to love?!
The road noise but that obviously can’t be helped.
