Clean and spacious. Close to all amenities.
Parking right outside caravan was hard as neighbour claimed the parking space.

The lodge is right next to a very busy area with restaurants and a fun fair. We were afraid we wouldn’t bear the noise. It was, however, unbelievably quiet with the doors closed. The noise outside also died at around 10pm anyway. We loved the privileged location.
The only problem we had was that the boiler kept stalling and leaving us with cold showers. We didn’t understand the problem, but the owner is aware now and would be looking into it.

The location and internal decoration and space was nice
In the main bedroom the curtains weren't long enough and let all the light in. The bathroom shower was dirty and the toilet brush was filthy. The beds weren't made. There was no towels. Seating in the living area was broken and very uncomfortable. No ironing facilities and only 3 of every cutlery. No outdoor table and only 2 outdoor seats which had cobwebs all over them just like the decking. Was a lack of attention when it came to cleanliness as dust and cobwebs everywhere. No air conditioning as advertised and heating came on at 4am in the morning during a heat wave. Ruby the owner did not reply to my message about how to turn off.
