The room, location & facilities. Easy check in & the staff is excellent.
Still the lift. Not sure if the lift or card access but middle lift at high zone lift can't access SB level. So I have to change the lift at G level to SB level (parking).
The washing machine is unable to dry the clothes.

The room was decently clean and had a lot of the necessities needed for a seamless stay. I liked how hands on and accommodating the staff were...they made sure our laundry was done because the washing machine flooded the place and couldn't be used. They handled the issue very well. The room was comfortable and just right for the price.
The lift in the hotel is quite slow and usually takes a long time when rooms are fully booked. We also had a neighbor who was smoking and it made our room unbreathable for a time, but they handled it eventually.

- The washing machine was not working even the staff is not aware until we highlight.
- The lift access is very bad. You will need to take High Zone lift to go to the room. But when u wanted to go the car park, first you need to take high zone lift to G floor, from there need to take low zone lift to car park. It very troublesome.
