It’s not the same as the picture shown on booking, no real bed but jus a pull out sofa to sleep, not comfortable. not Wo

Booked on booking.com, good location and nice view.

No real bed, just a pull out sofa, very uncomfortable to sleep. Also, the room is very tiny and located in the basement, it was very hard to see and locate the box which has the key for the room.

Everything was really good, the apartment was clean, communication as well

Only one thing could be better is the mattress, for our backs it was a bit not comfortable to sleep on. You could really feel the springs through the mattress

Waterfront apartment

The photo is exactly what it looks like. The view is amazing with the apartment right on the water. I traveled alone and didn’t mind the sofa bed. Enjoyed my stay a lot. One thing to note is be sure that you have good phone or data service. My phone reception wasn’t good and had trouble calling the property manager to open the gate when I first arrived. Fortunately I found a window of good resection and got the gate open.

Staff aren't very friendly when their property breaks down

Good location

We had issues with the heating on our stay. The staff took hours to help and didn't offer anything to remedy the broken heating in the middle of winter. It took hours of us waiting for someone to come fix it. Maria tried to brush it off as no big deal but for us this was incredibly inconvenient to have no heating/ hot water for many hours and is needing to wait for their support staff to eventually come fix it. I won't be staying here again. Also the bed is really loud and squeaky. So if you move at all in the night it will wake up anyone else in the room.

Mooi terras direct aan het como meer en loopafstand - langs de boulevard - naar centrum Bellano

In begin probleem met koud water uit boiler, later opgelost. Ook verlichting in badkamer was slecht. Ofwel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Bed (slaapbank) kan beter. Mocht je met de auto gaan vergeet dan niet de parkeerplaats te reserveren.
