Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber👍 und alles vorhanden,was man so braucht.
Die Lage des Appartements.Es ist zwar nicht weit zum Strand,aber es liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße.Am Wochenende besonders schlimm,so dass man stets die Fenster geschlossen haben muss,da es sonst eben sehr laut ist.
Und noch ein wichtiger Punkt:
Die Lautstärke im Hause selbst.Es sind 9 Etagen,es ist sehr hellhörig und dementsprechend laut.Teilweise schon grenzwertig.
Der angebliche Balkon ist auch kein Balkon,sondern eine Art Wintergarten und von Meerblick kann auch nicht die Rede sein.Mit viel Geschick kann man das Meer sehen.

Me gustó mucho el apartamento, muy bien equipado y una ubicación ideal.
La poca comunicación con el anfitrión. Entrar a las 15h y tener que dejarlo a las 11h.

The flat itself is wonderfully bright, spotlessly clean, and loaded with everything you could possibly need, including a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. It features a great balcony that serves as a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh sea air, even though the direct view of the ocean is mostly blocked by the nearby trees.The location is unbeatable, sitting just a three-minute stroll from the beach sand, local surf schools, and an incredible selection of fresh seafood restaurants. With friendly, accommodating hosts making check-in an absolute breeze and central Lisbon only a quick 20-minute drive away, it offers fantastic value and convenience.
