Das Appartement liegt direkt am Bahnhof und daher auch nah am Zentrum, das man auch zu Fuß schnell über die schöne Parkanlage erreichen kann.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und übersichtlich, für eine Person ist sie optimal. Pluspunkt ist ein sehr großer Balkon, auch wenn er zur Straße ausgerichtet ist.
Da sie direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, muss Frau mit Verkehrslärm rechnen, das ist der einzige Minuspunkt für diese Wohnung.

Fiquei absolutamente encantado com este apartamento. Tudo correspondia exatamente ao que estava descrito no anúncio, mas superou em muito as minhas expectativas. A localização é simplesmente perfeita: fica perto de tudo o que se precisa, como supermercados, opções de fast food, a estação de comboio e áreas de serviço, o que facilitou imenso a minha estadia. O apartamento é novo e moderno, com um design que transmite conforto e elegância em cada detalhe. A luz natural é fantástica, inundando os espaços e criando uma atmosfera luminosa e acolhedora durante todo o dia.
