The interior design was current and fresh. The amenities were nice.
The rooms were not very soundproof, and you could hear outside noise more than expected. The property is also located behind restaurants, so there was noticeable noise and cooking smells coming from the restaurant kitchens, which affected the overall comfort.
The curtains were poorly fitted and looked untidy throughout the property, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. They were also too long, and the curtains at the entrance were noticeably dirty along the bottom.
The area immediately outside the property also felt quite disorganized, with several old and deteriorating cars parked around the premises. This further took away from the overall appearance and atmosphere of the property.

This place is a hidden gem! Great apartment in a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to Paddington station. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor which was really quiet and cozy. Balcony is a great touch for morning coffees or evening moments of relaxing time after the day of exploring. I’ve been many times in London for different occasions and so far this the best place where I stayed. I’ll definitely come again. Staff was very responsive and kind.
