Location. Access
Not enough emphasis is placed on comfort. Room. Initially extremely hot. Thanks Bella* Facility has a Stairs Challenge. Long. Winding stairs.
Reviews are not considered. Repeat Stay.
Does not appear that shared info.is taken into account. Reasonable expectation to have assigned male to receive luggage. Carry up stairs. ,(Lower assigned room.)
And. Bring to waiting taxi. Not the case...

Breakfast and location was great
No water in the shower on the last day before departure

Staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. The location was convenient for access to my meetings. Breakfast included was tasty and appreciated.
Lots of stairs in the building are challenging for an elderly visitor.
