la propreté, la facilité à l'arrivée, la déco, les petites attentions à dispo
taille de la douche, difficile d'en sortir mais pas possible de faire plus grand malheureusement. L'insonorisation, surtout quand les autres locataires prennent une douche en rentrant dans la nuit :-( , mais encore une fois pas la faute du propriétaire qui affiche bien partout de faire attention au bruit.

Die Sauberkeit.
Die Gestaltung des Studios.
Sehr bequemes Bett.
Die Dusche ist extrem klein, eigentlich nur für Kinder oder Erwachsene, die kleiner als 1,60 m sind.
Das Studio hat u. a. zwei Dachflächenfenster, die nicht zu beschatten und extrem schwer zu öffnen sind. Bei der zu dieser Zeit herrschenden Hitze ist das ein echter Nachteil, da außer einem kleinen Ventilator keine Möglichkeit bestand für eine wirksame Reduzierung der Wärme im Raum.
Das Treppenhaus könnte eine Sanierung vertragen, aber da muss man durch um ins gut gestaltete Studio zu kommen.
