Breakfast was good. Simple. No fruit
Room service was hard to get even after phone calls. We saw the cleanning people and their equipment in the hallway, but they didnt come around. We called and the front desk offered to bring towels. We were in Paris multiple days for a solemn occassion and were out until late most nights. Felt dissappointed coming back to a room that was not cleaned.

Clean facilities inside and out. The receptionist was friendly and the breakfast was great! I would recommend staying here again
I actually liked everything. If I had to choose one thing I would say there were 4 of us in one room and there was only 2 wash rags but we made it work bc I brought extra

The staff was friendly and location was good.
Our room wasn’t clean like usual. We found items leftover from the previous guest and the bed looked like someone had been sitting on it. Not a well prepared room, very disappointed.
