House was beautifully kitted out, more like a home than a letting property. All the equipment, bedding etc was top quality and the house was very clean and comfortable

The only thing I can think of is, although the kitchen is equipped with the best quality gadgets, an extra large pan or saucepan would have. been helpful when feeding a lot of people. The garden is not easily accessible for someone with impaired movement, but it did not affect us at all.

Location great .Nice sized rooms .Parking good .Lovely bedding and clean .

Think work room /office could have been better used as second room maybe for kids .No doors downstairs not good for noise and outside steps could do with some tlc

Lovely cottage, great location and equipment and facilities were all super high end

Beds a little small for us (standard doubles), and wish there were covers on the outdoor furniture as this was covered in bird poo.

Well equipped house with 4 double bedrooms and 4 shower/bathrooms in the centre of Betws-y-coed. Plenty of seating and space for 8. Good sized rooms. Off-road parking outside the house

Beware the low door lintel (garden bedroom)!
