Summary:
In front of the largest park in the city, next to the Hotel "Grand Fiesta Americana", 15 minutes from the temple of "Santo Domingo de Guzmán" and the best known tourist, cultural, gastronomic, wedding venues and entertainment attractions. Get to know the "Barrio de Jalatlaco", famous for its architecture and bohemian atmosphere. All walking. The terrace has an incomparable view of the mountains and the treetops. Design, location and functionality. An exclusive place to fall in love with Oaxaca!!!
The Space:
The property is an old building with a Moorish facade, loft with kitchenette, bathroom, king size bed, wooden closets, service patio, terrace, dining room, smart tv, 3 high speed internet signals.
Guest Access:
You will have access to “Oasis” without time restrictions.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood offers proximity to restaurants, bars, churches, galleries, outdoor activities, laundries, convenience stores, ADO bus terminal, 30 minutes from the airport by direct taxi.
To get to know the neighborhood (Jalatlaco and Centro Histórico) you just have to walk, parking is free on the street, especially around the "El Llano" park there are also several paid parking lots and one with which I have an agreement and gives a discount to my guests.

Other Things to Note:
To access during the day, until 11 pm, it is only necessary to use the keys. After 11pm the front door closes and you just have to ring the bell, there is a special doorman to open for guests after that time.

My team and I are always tuned to the needs of the guests.
We only introduce ourselves at the check in and everytime requested by the guests.

This was the perfect apartment and location for us. It is a large and modern studio, with great furniture and a very comfortable bed. The wall of windows overlooks El Llano Park, which is a vibrant gathering place for locals: tai chi classes, dancing, rollerblading, marching band practice. We really felt like we were part of the community, which is how we like to travel. Most importantly, Abraham was the perfect host! He arranged transportation to and from the airport, and helped us arrange for a private tour of Monte Alban. When we arrived at the apartment, one of his staff was waiting to carry our bags upstairs and hand us the key. He was very responsive to every inquiry we made, both before and during our stay. We can't wait to stay here again ... and again ... and again !
