Scarlet is an excellent host and fielded all my questions with fast responses. I highly recommend this hideway. The bird watching is fantastic. Nice path down to the river too.

This property & its location was very suitable for us 2 hikers. We did spend time every day on the lovely deck but just an FYI it can be noisy due to traffic. The host always responded to my questions in good time. It definitely was priced well & beats a motel room.

Great little tiny unitClean and well renovatedIt is actually right on hwy 71 and traffic noice was unbearable…. Not on the white river as advertised and the picture showsGreat place and if you want to avoid hotel room for razorback games but not your place for quiet weekend and if you want hiking close by
