Set on over an acre of lush tropical landscaping, the property provides ample space for outdoor fun and sun-soaked lounging. Inside, the main floor boasts two king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
Loft Living with a View
The third bedroom is tucked away in a cozy loft, complete with its own ensuite bath and accessed via a ship-style ladder. While it's a favorite for adventurous guests, we recommend it only for those comfortable with climbing.
Island-Inspired Entertaining
The fully stocked kitchen features a large pass-through window that doubles as a bar—perfect for serving drinks and snacks to guests relaxing on the screened-in porch. From there, enjoy serene views of the dock and harbor, whether you're sipping morning coffee or winding down after a day on the water.

Most guests choose to arrive by personal or rental boat, making the journey part of the adventure. Please note: Nigh Creek, where the home is nestled, accommodates vessels with up to a 3-foot draft at low tide.

Mrs. Karen, the property manager, went above and beyond helping us get checked in and throughout our trip. The dinghy included was awesome as well. We really enjoyed using it to get to and from town. We definitely plan to come back!
