Julie has one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. She left a beautiful thank you note as well as a large jug of water in the fridge and coffee ready to go in the cupboard. I loved the isolated location with beautiful views out the front and back doors. Plus you are just a few minutes from the Castile entrance to Letchworth State Park which is close to all the great waterfalls. Silver Lake Brewing Project is just a short ride down the road. And there is a great fire pit with plenty of starter paper, matches and wood. Would most definitely stay here again.

Julie made our stay a memorable one with her personal touches at her property. This included a personal note written in a thank you card as well as bottle water in the refrigerator.The property was spotless both inside and out.

We will def stay here again if the opportunity arises. Very clean, extremely well- appointed. It is obvious that the host (Julie) cares about her property and her guests. We did all the things we came to the area to do: hiking, e-bike riding. Letchworth State Park is a must -see. These surrounding towns (Perry, Mt. Morris, Scottsville) are quaint. Lots to do w/some forethought and preparation. Thanks, Julie!
