The guy in charge was very friendly, helpful & polite. He was always ready to help and gave us some good advice for tours.
The room was much older and smaller than pictured on Bookin.com, the pool was tiny ( but still nice!), the breakfast was just ok.
I was aware the hotel was not in Sapa but the distance from Sapa was a lot further than i anticipated.

Peaceful, mountain area and the staff are so friendly.
I don’t like to the property is 25mins far from sun plaza but I choose the mountain area, so I cannot say that I don’t like it. I really like it. Specially there is a swimming pool in the rooftop.

Tucked in the Sapa valley is this great hotel. Our room was amazing with great views, the owner manager is always ready to help.

The second room we had was quite nice with a good window view.
First room was not great. No real window and bathroom smelt very musty.
A little way out of Sapa. Need a Moto to get around.
Breakfast was average
Rooms not serviced each day.
