住宅區很幽靜、民宿主人很熱心會實時回應問題、冰箱很大、ㄧ二樓都有洗衣機、三間臥室三間浴廁、小客廳小廚房、有餐具、床不硬不軟很好睡，民宿確切位置可參照附圖，且實際走過距離天下茶屋站比較近但非5分鐘腳程能到達除非走很快
距離任何一個車站應該是徒步7-8分鐘、一樓第一間房間有霉味（後續開除濕有處理掉了）續-房門框架及門把需要調整、壓縮機外部管路也需要整理會滴水，以上問題都不大但如果改善會更好
