Bad experience in Curitiba

Location

Dirty and smelly. Sofa smells urine and bathroom is dirty, mouldy and smelly. Aircon/heater not working and there wasn't enough blankets for cold nights. We stayed for 10 nights and towels weren't changed and humid. Aldo bedsheets wasn't replaced. Disappointing. No CS to help.
