Excellent emplacement et grand calme. Quelques améliorations pour remédier au vieillissement du bâtiment et de son équip

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Quiberon, rayonner dans toute la presqu’île de Quiberon et se rendre aux îles (proximité de la gare maritime), avec un parking privé à proximité immédiate du logement et dans une zone sécurisée par barrière. Appartement très bien situé au rez-de-chaussée et très propre. Adapté plutôt pour deux personnes. Environnement très calme dans l’immeuble et aucun bruit extérieur.

Un léger désagrément dû à un bruit de fond permanent lié au fonctionnement en continu, dans les trois pièces d’eau (salle de bain, wc, cuisine) du système d’aération, audible dans l’ensemble de l’appartement portes ouvertes. Sauf à ouvrir les fenêtres, beaucoup d’humidité dans la cuisine dès que l’on utilise les plaques de cuisson, en raison d’une absence de hotte. Une suggestion pour épargner beaucoup de temps aux clients gros consommateurs de café et plus respectueuse de la nature: investir dans une vraie cafetière (avec café et filtres propres au client) plutôt qu’une machine à dosettes en plastique à remplacer à chaque (petite) tasse. Un conseil aux futurs clients: bien veiller à ce que les éventuels frais / tarifs supplémentaires à ce qui est visible sur Booking (et liés à des locations inférieures à une semaine complète ou en fonction de la saison (basse ou haute)) soient complètement clarifiés au plus tard pour la date d’annulation.

L’emplacement à Quiberon, et le confort des lits

Le manque et la disparité des ustensiles de cuisine, le bruit constant de la VMC (mauvaise surprise), le canapé devant la télé pas confortable, le chauffe eau petit pour une famille de 4 personnes
