Great location, right on Laugavegur. I loved having my own space, private bathroom and a kitchen I could cook meals in. Very comfortable and clean.
The bedroom and bath are private and have a door with a key. This rental is in the basement of a building. The rest of the basement houses a tattoo parlor (entrance off the street) and the laundry facilities for the upstairs tenants. The kitchen is outside the bedroom off a shared hallway, so occasionally you’ll meet up with someone while you’re in the kitchen. There is some noise at times.I found everyone to be very friendly and respectful, though.

Everyone was super nice, and it worked out well for what I needed.
Nothing. I just wish I wasn't allergic to cats because there was a very cute one that hung out in the backyard.
