Location was great and walkable to the key sites in the old city. Communication with the host was outstanding and they made sure to provide quick response and assistance to any questions or requests we had. The room/bathroom was very clean and comfortable.

Paula welcomed us warmly, providing us with great information both before and during our stay. She was ready to assist us whenever needed. Our room was neat, well-cleaned, and overall maintenance was very good.
Even though we were right in the city center, it was quiet and comfortable in the room. Good ventilation and air conditioning that worked. We slept like babies and woke up refreshed and ready for the day.
The breakfast was very simple but excellent: coffee, a croissant, and fresh fruit juice. Everything was of the highest quality and suited us perfectly. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the old town, a short distance from Napoli Centrale and the ferry port, with a subway station directly outside and a taxi stand as well. We give it our highest recommendation without hesitation and will stay there again if we are ever in the area.

The location of the suite was approximately 10 minute walk to Scappanapoli which was nice. There is a nice cafe, Kenon, right downstairs that opens at 6am which was accessible to get breakfast. The host was pleasant and did send along lots of information.
The outside was a bit sketchy but from what I can tell this is all of Naples, I was not impressed. Getting into the building facilities was a bit complex as there are many doors and codes that need to be accessed. The online pictures are nicer than the room we had itself. The room can use a paint job to give it a facelift. The size of the room was acceptable for a family of four. Where I was unpleased was with the overall cleanliness of the room. The bathroom toilet seat could absolutely use a replacement, although it was supposedly "clean" there were old stains from overuse. This absolutely grossed me out as a replacement toilet seat is not expensive. The shower floor was also dirty. I personally always bring cleaning wipes with me so I re-cleaned everything but I don't really think this should be part of a guest's job. I would also recommend that they buy new foot towels as these seemed pretty worn out too. again something that is not expensive to replace. I would also recommend that an iron be a part of each room, I'm not understanding why this is not a common commodity and must be requested. I had not originally selected this B&B but due to my other reservation being canceled on me, I selected this as a last minute add-on to my trip. I would not stay here again.
