Really nice property with excellent facilities, 5 mins from a lovely quiet beach and scummy cafe.
Buses very close by or a 15 min walk into Llandudno and the pier.
Host were lovely and quick to respond when asked a question and it was really homely

The location was very good
A lot of personal belongings at the property
No instructions available of how to work TV....dishwasher...washing machine......central heating.
Informed day before travelling that no bath towels would be provided & on arriving we found that no towels at all were provided. We had to seatch for a hand towel for the bathroom & a bath mat as these were not left out for us.
As a lot of hosts personal food wss in kitchen so there was insufficient room for our own food.
Property was not as expected as I have stayed at a lot of air bnbs before & this one did not meet our expectations.
