Convenient location for our needs, easy and free parking, quiet road.
Free Netflix and free wifi.
Spacious dining and kitchen area.
Unfortunately the towels were stained and old.
Mattresses in the front two bedrooms were uncomfortable as they were hard.
Sofa quite uncomfortable, wouldn’t fit more than 3 adults.
Kitchen window sill was dirty and no plug for the sink.

Good location & comfy facilities
Bed in little bedroom was a bit high for getting in / out of.
Better if could have till 11am to be out of on leaving date but assume that could be negotiated?

It was great for what we needed Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, good facilities with parking & hassle free stay. Would benefit from a little addition of welcome pack including small milk or coffee creamer maybe long life, as arrived late& had forgotten milk.
Pressure in shower low - difficult to get temp right. As traveling with family Maybe small tv s in bedrooms.
