Not very good
Quite neighborhood and it was easy to find. Other than that nothing much.
A very nice house but unfortunately it is not very well maintained. The owner should look into the following:-
Cleanness – The cleaners are not doing enough. It is quite dusty in most areas. Most of the storage areas including the kitchen cabinets are not clean. There is also a cockroach infestation in the house as one shows up every few minutes or so, day or night. Looks like they are coming out of the drainage pipes in the kitchen and bathrooms. A simple cockroach bait would have addressed this.
Pool – Needs a proper clean up. Green moss is showing up at the bottom and the water was murky when we arrived. It required the filtration system to run more for than a day before the water became clear. The BBQ at the pool area also was not clean. The ashes from the previous user were still there and we had to clean those ourselves.
Bedding – The house is only comfortably accommodates 6 pax and not 10. There is adequate bedding for 6 pax and while there are 2 sofa beds available, there is nothing to underlay it with and no spare pillows for those, although there were spare blankets. As for extra mattress, the 2 foldable mattresses available were simply too thin. Even after doubling it, it is still too thin to sleep on the floor with. Again no pillows for those. There were also not enough towels for 10 pax when we arrived and we had to request for the shortage and wait almost half day to get those.
Fittings especially all the pipefittings require maintenance as most of them have become lose and spins around when used. Rust is also showing in the bathroom fittings and sink.
