Set aside the excellent location and amazing breakfast and this hotel is still a 10 due to the super friendly and helpful staff. To a person, everyone was eager to help and ensure we enjoyed our stay.
Finding a carpark can be a bit of a challenge but the hotel showed us where we could find a spot.

Nothing, exceptional value and location to downtown so you can go to see the Roman Theatre

The property is amazing - Hamooda is the best receptionist I have ever met. He is so kind and helpful. The property bathroom and everything is good. I recommend staying here

The beds were comfortable, room looked like the picture.
The surrounding was very loud, which made it really hard to sleep.
