Bardzo duże, przestronne i świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie - było w nim właściwie wszystko, czego mogliśmy potrzebować podczas pobytu i naprawdę można było poczuć się jak u siebie. Ogromnym plusem były dwie sprawnie działające klimatyzacje, dzięki którym nawet przy temperaturach około 35°C na zewnątrz w mieszkaniu było bardzo komfortowo Lokalizacja również była dla nas bardzo dobra. Do morza i bezpłatnej plaży było blisko, podobnie jak do kilku sklepów. Przystanek autobusu jadącego na dworzec znajdował się bardzo blisko mieszkania, a pieszo dojście na stację zajmowało około 20 minut. Cała podróż komunikacją do centrum Rzymu, w okolice Koloseum, zajmowała niecałą godzinę, więc mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrą bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Rzymu. Na lotnisko w Fiumicino również można było dojechać z dworca w ok 35 minut Osobne słowa uznania należą się gospodarzowi - zdecydowanie najlepszemu, z jakim mieliśmy do czynienia podczas naszych podróży. Był niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i zaangażowany. Umożliwił nam zameldowanie godzinę wcześniej, osobiście nas przywitał i przekazał klucze. W trakcie pobytu pytał, czy czegoś potrzebujemy, a także przesłał nam listę polecanych miejsc, w których można dobrze zjeść. Naprawdę świetna opieka nad gośćmi.
Jedyne zastrzeżenia można mieć do samej okolicy, która niestety była dość zaniedbana, a dojście na plażę, mimo że krótkie, wymagało omijania stojących wszędzie samochodów. Ale sama plaża była blisko i była czysta, tak więc nie jest to wielki problem
