This was a convenient one-night stop very near Caverns of Fire (lava tube which I highly recommend). Parking was right outside the front door and entry was easy. Our King room with private bath, was large new and clean. Breakfast was self-prepared using the well-organized contents of the refrigerator. The host also lives there and he was available but not imposing. There was an ample section of the refrigerator set aside for us.
As stated in the marketing, the house was not air conditioned. That is really the only ding on the ratings. Fortunately, the temperature at this time of year was in the upper 70s so it was reasonably comfortable but a bit more humid than desired.
