The highlight of this apartment is its outstanding panoramic sea view. Located in the tallest building in Durrës, the views are truly spectacular and make the stay worthwhile.
The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive, and the instructions for key collection were clear. Having a supermarket on the ground floor was very convenient, and there were plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance.
There were a few inconveniences worth noting. The apartment is on one of the top floors, and while there is a lift, it does not go all the way to the apartment, so you need to climb two floors of stairs at the end. The building has only one working lift, which was often busy. During our last day, maintenance work was being carried out, and some guests were reportedly stuck in the lift for around 15 minutes, although we fortunately did not experience any issues ourselves.
The Wi-Fi stopped working on our final day, but otherwise worked well throughout the stay. Another minor inconvenience was that only one key was provided for the apartment. Since the same key is also required to activate the electricity, it makes it difficult for family members to come and go independently. It would also have been helpful if the instructions had mentioned that the key is needed to operate the lift.
Payment was only accepted in cash, which is worth knowing in advance.
Overall, this is a good apartment, especially if your priority is a breathtaking sea view and a central location with everything nearby.

A nice location close to the sea. There is a small shop in the building, plenty of cafés nearby, and the city center is also very close. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the internet works perfectly. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The apartment also has a large terrace (although quite a lot of trash and cigarette butts fall onto it from the upper floors). Birds also leave “surprises” on pretty much everything they see.
Although check-in was listed from 1 PM, we were only able to enter after 3 PM. The rooms were not fully cleaned upon arrival. The cleaners came to finish the work only the next day because they had already finished their shift that day, so we were simply let into an uncleaned apartment.
There is also a lot of renovation work going on in the building, so drilling and hammering noise from 8 AM until the evening every day is guaranteed. The water in the bathroom only trickles out — there is basically no water pressure at all, so forget about having a proper shower, it’s impossible.
All the necessary towels and other bathroom supplies were brought only after we asked for them, as they were not provided upon arrival. There is also a small ant nest under the air conditioner in the living room, so don’t be surprised if you see quite a few ants running around.

It was close to the beach and restaurants
Building is under construction, which was not mentioned on booking .com, lift goes to 19th floor you have to climb 4 flight of stairs to get to 21 floor. It was dusty due to that .
The apartment is beautiful inside but smells of damp, curtains we not closed they were broken , kitchen sink I was also broken .we reported this but it wasn't fixed during our stay
