Most awful apartment! We have decided not to stay in it and book something else instead!

Nothing! Awful location awful place awful host. Do not book this! You will regret it immediately. It’s nothing like it looks in the pictures, it’s old dusty and moldy! It needs a major renovation!

Bon emplacement

Bien situé, appartement propre et spacieux, piscine propre. Quartier sécurisé présence de la police sur le côté de l’immeuble situé à côté de M avenue. Épicerie en bas de l’immeuble + pharmacie très pratique. Plusieurs bon restaurants aux alentours.

Le bruit des travaux du chantier à côté , le manque d’isolation des fenêtres donc on entend les bruits extérieurs. Sinon rien de particulier.

Une belle arnaque !!!une catastrophe.

Une belle arnaque !! À éviter tout est faux. Canape dans un état lamentable. Pas d’électricité dans les parties communes. On est dans le noir complet. Tout est à l’intérieur et surtout pas propre. Des cheveux dans le lit !!!!!!Le parking je vous en parle même pas, bien évidement il n’était jamais libre. La façade et un immeuble n’a rien à voir aux photos qui sont sur l’annonce. Immeuble vieux avec des odeurs etc…..l’arnaque est très bien monté car il fait croire que c’est le complexe CR7 qui est à côté avec de belles photos. Alors que rien à voir. Enfin c’est étonnant les notes de l’établissement sans doute des faux avis. Un conseil à fuir.

Bien situé, appartement propre et spacieux, piscine propre. Quartier sécurisé présence de la police sur le côté de l’immeuble situé à côté de M avenue. Épicerie en bas de l’immeuble + pharmacie très pratique. Plusieurs bon restaurants aux alentours.

Le bruit des travaux du chantier à côté , le manque d’isolation des fenêtres donc on entend les bruits extérieurs. Sinon rien de particulier.
