Great BnB 5* quiet canal side 10 mins walk to center, large tall ceiling rooms , power showers , electronic pad entry / exit , room 2 canal view ,new fittings throughout as recently building completely rennovated to high spec , airrcraft carrier size bed and very comfy , nice seating inside with bar and outside seats , exceptional breakfasts , personal service from Haans & Tamara , recently won hospitality awards, didnt drive but there is off road parking a rarety for the location ,10 min taxi from railway station €18 eur or 25 min walk (0n cobble streets ) making a few days visit to Brugge this is a must stay

This place is an exceptional accommodation. When we arrived, we learned a bit about the building's history, which was fascinating. The owner, during renovation, found a recipe for beer going back to 1804, and he now has it brewed and available there (it was delicious, by the way). The views were amazing, the light was great, and the beds were comfortable. There are shared spaces (a lounge and a terrace) which are incredibly peaceful. It's right on one of the canals, and in the morning, when the canal is calm, you can see reflections in the water that are breathtaking. It's a short walk to any of the attractions you might wish to see, and taking a walk around the canals and the neighborhood at night was so beautiful and enjoyable. My husband had a knee injury, and the B and B owners gave us ice for him and were so helpful. ok, I saved the best for last. THE BREAKFAST. Unbelievable. Eggs cooked to order, fruits and vegetables, homemade bread, cheeses, various salads (potato, chicken curry), plus an assortment of pastries. Please do not hesitate to book this place - you will be so happy you did!
