Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard, après une magnifique journée de randonnée en Autriche, mais nous avons tout de même pleinement profité de notre séjour à l’hôtel Hammerack.
Dès le dîner, nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour la cuisine du restaurant : des plats raffinés, élégamment présentés et d’une très grande qualité. Un vrai plaisir après une belle journée passée à l’extérieur.
Notre chambre était superbe, décorée dans un style rustique chic à la fois chaleureux et élégant. Tout y était pensé avec soin, confortable et impeccable. Rien à redire.
C’est vraiment un endroit où détente, hospitalité et gastronomie se rencontrent à merveille. Une très belle découverte que nous garderons en mémoire. Nous reviendrons certainement un jour, mais cette fois pour y séjourner quelques jours de plus et en profiter pleinement !
Rien à redire, sauf une chose : il faudra absolument y retourner un jour !

Geschmackvolles Hotel in einer ehemals historischen Festung mit sehr schönem Wellness Bereich. Super Betten, hervorragendes Frühstück, Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Wir haben die Halbpension gebucht und hatten ein exquisites Menü am Abend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

La struttura è molto bella e ben curata.
Arredamento raffinato.
Sono tornata perché lo scorso anno ero rimasta entusiasta soprattutto della cucina ( 1/2 pensione) eccellente e raffinata. Quest’anno con la stessa prenotazione ma con prezzo molto più alto ho trovato la sorpresa del menù fisso inconcepibile in un 5 stelle. Qualità del cibo eccellente ma assurdo non poter scegliere… non stiamo parlando di una pensione! Altro problema il climatizzatore non dava la possibilità di cambiare la temperatura, in giornate veramente di caldo anomalo, lo abbiamo segnalato e ci hanno risposto di dormire con la finestra aperta.
Alla richiesta di qualche consiglio per le escursioni ne sapevo più io che il ragazzo alla reception che mi ha risposto di guardare la lavagna elettronica all’ingresso.
Bravi e gentili i ragazzi della sala.
