The staff was amazing, very friendly and hospitable, the facilities were on point and cleanliness was number 1.
The swimming pool was not open, that's the only thing.

Accessibility and some investment in cleanliness
Poor service from staff and unreliability of internet connection. Additionally there are no visitors chairs in the room. The handwashing basin positioning should have remained in the bathroom that also has poor opening arrangement.
