The reception staff were superb and so was the cafe on the ground floor. The facilities were clean and comfortable.
The location is not the most central, but there is plenty of public transport options.

Estava ben situat i el personal era molt agradable i servicial.

The location, however, is excellent. There are good bus connections, the metro is within walking distance, and it is quick and convenient to get to all the main central areas.
A hostel with no kitchen and not even a kettle in the common area.
The reception staff, with the exception of one young woman, were not particularly friendly, and one woman was deliberately rude.
The biggest downside was the extremely heavy doors, which guests kept slamming day and night. It was unbearable — bring earplugs. The general behavior of some of the guests also left a lot to be desired, although that is of course not really the hostel’s fault.
Our private room was also very dusty.
