It was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and around 10-15 mins walk to multiple tube stations so very handy for getting around London and over to Wembley.

A nice stay - clean and spacious for the size, good communication from the host, and a few minute walk to bus and tube lines.
Shower needs a mold scrub, and all bedrooms could use fans. There was only one in the main living room/ground bedroom.

The real strength of this property is its location. It was incredibly convenient for exploring London, and communication with the host was excellent throughout — responsive, polite and helpful.
Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was considerably more tired than I had expected from the listing. There were areas of damaged and peeling flooring, peeling/blown paintwork and generally it felt as though the property would benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment.
More concerningly, following our stay I discovered that I had been extensively bitten across my legs, arms and hands. The bites appear consistent with flea bites, which has obviously been extremely unpleasant.
I have made the host aware of an insect issue after our stay and, to their credit, they responded promptly and told me that the property has now been treated.
With some investment in the condition of the property — and, most importantly, confidence that the insect issue has been completely resolved — it could be a really useful London base.
As it was during our stay, however, I couldn't recommend it without those reservations.
