Nice hotel with management issues to work out

The pool area with the forest view was very nice. The room was comfortable.

There are big differences between the rooms, but they are all sold as a "double room" with the pictures mostly showing the best rooms. Also the staff was nice but the hotel is definitely short-staffed.

Good modern clean hotel but could be improved with a few minor improvements

Great location. Good sized room. All modern facilities

Replacing the water bottles each day would have been appreciated. Tea sachets were not replaced. No coffee offered in the room. No water glasses only mugs. Only one key card offered. Small details but they make a difference

Excellent stay, lovely and unique room (the "winter" room). Highly recommended for the off season.

Beautifully styled and appointed room. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower. Friendly/helpful staff.

More bottled water availability, wineglasses and bottle opener accessible in the common space. One morning there appeared to be a family reunion which dominated the breakfast space and made it less relaxing/more chaotic.

Lovely overnight stay with friends.

Beautiful rooms and outside area, great views and lovely breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and it was lovely that all four couples in our party were in the same house. The car park on site and short walk to La Morra centre were a bonus.

Nothing. The shower was a little difficult to figure out and shower gel / shampoo would have been welcome.

Prachtige locatie, alles is uitstekend afgewerkt en het zwembad in combinatie met de wijngaard en het uitzicht is echt fenomenaal. De kamer was ook prachtig, het bed was heel erg comfortabel. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel.

In principe beviel alles, we hebben slechts kleine aanbevelingen om het verblijf helemaal uitmuntend te maken: bij het ontbijt de optie bieden tot een gebakken ei/scrambled etc. en in de slaapkamer bij de douche een flacon shampoo en Conditioner plaatsen. Tot slot zou een klein strijkijzer/ stomer helemaal geweldig zijn. Maar kortom; dit zijn suggesties om een verblijf wat een 9.5 is naar een 10 te brengen :)

- saubere zimmer - la morra is toll, hervorragende restaurants

- der kunststoffrasen (!) rund um den Pool hat sehr nach kerzenwachs gerochen (wahrscheinlich durch die sonne) - es hatte aggressive, bellende hunde in der nachbarschaft, sie waren zwar im gehege, es war aber sehr beängstigend, dort vorbeizugehen - die reception war selten besetzt, wir konnten bei Ankunft wirklich erst um 15h das Tor öffnen - der Frühstücksraum ist sehr knalp - gute Unterkunft, aber zu teuer
