Die Lage war ruhig und es standen ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Haus Bergzauber ist ein neues Einfamilienhaus, das von einer jungen Familie (plus Kater Felix) bewohnt wird. In dem sehr gediegen und modern eingerichteten Haus wird ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Kommoden, TV sowie einem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen vermietet. Eine Terrassentüre gibt den Blick in Garten und Umgebung frei. Separat steht ein Bad zur alleinigen Verfügung. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Frühstück welches zusätzlich gebucht werden kann, lässt keine Wünsche offen (Liste am Vortag ausfüllen): Frische Brötchen, Eier, Aufschnitt, frisches Obst und und und… Sascha und Franzi sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben eine Menge Tipps für ihre Gäste. Die Gegend rund um das Haus Bergzauber ist wohl zu allen Jahreszeiten ein Erlebnis. Wandern, Radfahren, Skilaufen oder die kulturellen Highlights des Erzgebirges erkunden. Wir sind begeistert.

Lage ist gut (aber in eine EFH-Siedlung mit wenig Abstand zwischen den Häusern), Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Man muss wissen, dass man ein kleines Zimmer mit separatem Bad in einem EFH bucht, heißt es handelt sich nicht um ein Apartment mit Privatsphäre. Eingangstür ist der reguläre Zugang auch für die Eigentümer, dann Flur vorbei an der offenen Küche/Wohnbereich des Paares, geradeaus ins kleine Zimmer mit Bad außerhalb nebenan über den Flur erreichbar.
