• staff is great, they gifted us fresh croissants
• free parking in front of the building across the street. You can see your car from the apartment. Just park on white marks.
• spacious and clean. Good kitchen and shower.
• amazing internet (WiFi) - very rare in Italy.
• flies, even if you don’t touch the net on windows they still get in (I think they lay eggs on nets)

Very spacious apartment presented nice and clean. Host was available later in the night to help out.
There were no mugs. I thought that it would have been a simpler the checking in procedure if the host to use a one method of communication. Information came through email, text messages and WhatsApp.

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and the location worked well for us. We also really enjoyed being there during the Sagra del Pomodoro. There was a lot of activity and some road closures in the evenings, but we actually enjoyed the atmosphere and didn’t mind the noise. There was also a playground just a few steps away, which was great for our children.
When we eventually reached the right contact regarding the lockout, they responded quickly and were able to resolve the issue.
There were a few small things that could have made our stay more convenient. There was no toilet paper in one bathroom and no bin in the other, so we had to take care of those ourselves. There also wasn’t quite enough coffee provided, and there was no moka pot or coffee maker available, only a machine that uses coffee pods.
Because of the festival and the road closures, we couldn’t use the parking area across from the building and had to park on the street. On our first night, we weren’t sure whether we were allowed to park there, so we contacted the apartment. We were told they would look into it, but unfortunately we didn’t receive a follow-up. Thankfully, we asked some locals and were able to confirm that everything was okay.
The main issue for us was the following morning. After going out for coffee and breakfast and letting the children play at the nearby playground, we returned with our children, my husband, and my elderly mother and found that we were locked out of the apartment. We also received a message with check-out instructions at the same time. We tried calling the number provided but couldn’t reach anyone. Fortunately, I found another contact number through the Booking.com emails, and someone answered right away and resolved the problem. It did delay us and affected our plans for the day, which was unfortunate as we were visiting the area as tourists.
Later that evening, we received an apology and were told that our check-out could be extended until midnight. The following morning, more than an hour after we had already left at the original check-out time, we received a message asking us to let them know when we would be leaving so the cleaner could come. This was a little confusing given the previous evening’s message, although we completely understand that the cleaning staff needs to work during normal daytime hours.
Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the apartment and location.
