My Mum was having a party as she was recently 91. three of us stayed here and it was an excellent location as Lark Lane is full of cafes ,restaurants and the Co-op was a short walk away. It was so peaceful and beds were so comfortable we slept like logs. The place has two toilets which was very useful, a relaxing living room and a dining room, we didn't need it but it was an excellent space. Wifi was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would book it for future visits. The owner Sam has an amazing home and we were glad we could book it.Thanks indeed from Viv G.

What a lovely place to stay! I had a long weekend here with my husband and two young children (2 and 4) - it was fantastic! Lark Lane and Sefton Park literally at your doorstep and with a Co-op just a street away, it was super convenient. Sam is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely try to stay again when we next visit.

Plenty of restaurants near by and close to the park. Beautiful large house in a quiet area. Great communication from the owner.
The parking is tight outside and slightly awkward to turn around in. However there is extra parking around the back.
