It was very new and had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was new and clean.
There was no check in/out procedure, reception area or a way to contact staff in case you needed something. I would recommend signage for a reception area to check in/out as it was non existent and we didn’t know where to go. Also another way for staff to contact guests and vice versa would be good, as getting a knock on our door at 9pm to be asked what we wanted for breakfast the next day was a bit uneasy as we were in an unfamiliar location and our room was easily accessible from the street which made us unsure of opening that door as there is also no peep hole to confirm who was at the door.

The interior. The bed. The lighting. Sunroof. The projector as a screen. The responsiveness of the staff. The smooth coordination to various activities. How close it is to the falls. Very large window. Excellent AC. The voice command system is nice, though definitely would have been nice if it's in EN/TH as well.
Could be nearer to other restaurants / food or a convenient store. The staff kindly helps collect some takeaway foods from nearby restaurants for us. It took some preparation. I understand we're encouraged to eat outside for beautiful view and nature, but it was pretty humid + lots of mosquitos when we were there. Glad there's a table inside.
