Lovely caravan. Had such a fantastic time as a family of 4. Spacious and well equipped. Some unfair reviews of this place but at £130 for 2 nights for 4 people it's about a third of what you'll get elsewhere in Morcambe. Maggie, our host was lovely and kept us well updated. Complimentary beers and ice pops on arrival! Quirky decor and beds were so comfortable, had a great sleep. TV had hundreds of channels/apps/YouTube. Made some amazing memories and wouldn't hesitate to return.

I love everything, the owner is lovely, caravan clean, in a good location on the resort and walking distance to morecambe sea front. Excellent relaxing break with family.

The location was great, it’s a short drive to the beach and there is LIDL, Tesco a stones throw away. We also had a day out in Lancaster, it was about 10 minutes drive and then we did the park and ride into the city.
We were given a large bucket outside that my dog enjoyed in the hot weather.
There’s lots of beds, there was only 3 of us but could have easily slept 3-4 more people, which would have made it even better value for money.
I wasn’t given clear instructions for my arrival, I had to go to reception for a map as I hadn’t been sent instructions on how to find the property (the site is huge). There was a very strong foul smell coming from the kitchen so I didn’t feel comfortable to cook anything, the weather was hot so we had cold food and ate out. I tried to clean it but the smell persisted and I did leave a night early.
